For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedPMO / Project Officer - Banking (4815)
The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in the definition of project plans including key activities, deliverables, milestones, roadmaps and people/technical/funding requirements.
Your Qualification:
- Up to 4 years work experience in Project Management Support / as PMO in the financial services industry
- Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of definition of project plans including key activities, deliverables, milestones, roadmaps and people/technical/funding requirements
- Ability to build relationships across a global organization, work independently, build trust and to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
- Work on identification of financial risks
- Provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management
- Build and maintain cross functional and team relationships within Corporate Center functions and Business Divisions
