For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior / Head PMO - Banking (4816)
We are looking for an experience Senior PMO with experience in setting up a Project Management Office and managing other PMO's offshore.
Your Qualification:
- 7+ years work experience as PMO in the financial services industry
- Preferred examples of key qualifications: Prince2, Project Management Institute, Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Initial experiences in directly or indirectly managing staff
- Ability to build relationships across a global organization, work independently, build trust and to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up the project management office including the definition of reporting standards and procedures for project, program and portfolio management
- Coordinate the roll-out of the Project Management Office within the defined program or project
- Manage progress reporting, financial reports, resource forecasts, benefits tracking, and risks / issues management
- Manage PMOs in (onshore) nearshore and offshore locations
- Organize and host periodic progress meetings and steering committees with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate decision making and provide transparency
- Build and maintain cross functional and team relationships within Corporate Center functions and Business Divisions
