For our client from the banking sector we are looking for:
PEX Workflow Engineer
Location: Zurich
Your role
Do you have a knack for analysing business processes? Can you turn requirements into practical solutions?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
. Design and prepare (Value Stream Optimized) processes for work management tool implementation in close cooperation with process SMEs
. Digitalization and standardization of processes with our workflow management/case management system and rule engine
. Support the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, guidelines, frameworks and process governance structure
Your team
Sitting within GCOO COO, you'll be working as part of the Process Excellence team (PEX team), which acts as a center of competence for process (re-) design and optimization work across the bank, with tools to deliver continuous front-to-back efficiency and to lead lean transformations. The team consists of experienced change professionals operating globally from multiple bank locations.
Your experience and skills
You have:
. Technical or business academic degree or equivalent experience with asset transfers/corporate actions/workflow management/case management
. Proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), work management/work flow tool integration and implementation
. Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst in a large financial institution
. The necessary gravitas to network and build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels
. Proven track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
. Ability to work independently, and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
. Ability to communicate well with a wide range of senior stakeholders, build trust and work efficiently
. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English. German is an advantage
