On behalf of our client, one of the Swiss Banks, Harvey Nash is looking for a Finance Change Professional for a Zurich based contract.
In the Finance Change department our client works across the entire CFO division to ensure that they execute the strategic design and implementation of any major changes to their processes and systems. In partnership with their key stakeholders, they work to create cutting-edge business solutions using our deep functional expertise. They aim to deliver strategic initiatives using leading project management and business analysis as they pursue their goal of protecting and enhancing shareholder value through optimizing the use of their financial resources.
Your responsibilities:
- To work as a Business Analyst within the project
- Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required
- Preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements
- Preparation of test plans, test cases, co-ordinating with users and IT during the testing phase
- Execution of specific test cases
- Preparation of the documentation and steps for deployment, including user training where required
- Performs User training where required
Your background:
- 7 - 10 years of experience as within Finance Change at large scale global regulatory project
- Experience in Finance Change or Capital Change is required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT (MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CPA/ACCA)
- In-depth experience US GAAP or Swiss GAAP or IFRS 9.
- Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
