PMO - Financial Services wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Services
  • Strong working experience with MS excel and the full MS Office suite required and familiarity with SAP and CA PPM
  • Confidence in financial controlling along with communication skills with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
  • Strength in organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Producing status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
  • Identifying of financial risks and taking ownership of the financial control framework for the organization
  • Providing administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management
  • Invoice handling split and coding of the organization as well as maintaining resource planning with the team leads
