Change is everywhere in our dynamic economy. Companies seek to change their systems, processes, technologies or migrate data and people elsewhere. Regardless of the type of change, the ones who make these transitions possible are people.

We have noticed an increase of OCM and Change Management needs in the market here therefore we are constantly looking for professionals in these domains.

We are constantly looking for Change Experts looking for their next challenge in Basel or in the area of Basel within the Pharmaceutical industry .

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage global communication plans and activities

  • Provide strategic vision for change management and user adoption

  • Manage and facilitate workshops to ensure a strong understanding of change management principles and user adoption techniques to be deployed during the project

  • Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans

  • Identify change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommend options and plans to remediate

  • Oversee set up and management of change agent networks as appropriate

  • Oversee implementation and adoption of OCM guidelines and standards across multiple work streams within the project

  • Create/manage project level surveys/metrics/KPIs to roll-up and report on change management and user adoption related activities and success.

  • Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other workstreams as required.

Must Haves:

  • PROSCI or equivalent Change Management Certification

  • Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment.

  • 7+ years of experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in change management (particularly communication and stakeholder management; at least 4 years of experience in multinational companies)

  • Previous experienced within a global Swiss based Pharmaceutical company

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative, and a thinker )

  • Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work

  • Great team player

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization

  • Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change

  • Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects

  • Structured approach, problem-solver, can-do attitude, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills

  • Used to work under time pressure, with set timelines

  • Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Gdrive, etc.)

  • Ability to work across multiple international timezones

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in multi-site deployment project

  • German a plus
