Beschreibung

On behalf of one of our clients, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a Change Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in Change Management/Transformation Management projects in the financial sector, as well as experience in Process Automation projects run in Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a team responsible for process optimization and design across the whole company in order to ensure lean transformations.
  • Deliver change initiatives which include TOM design and process optimization
  • Evaluate current processes, solve problems and introduce new ways of process optimization
  • Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify suitable automation solutions
  • Act as a coach to line managers and clients to ensure consistent implementation of the company tools and methods

Ideal Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Line Management roles
  • 5+ years of experience in the areas of Change Management, Transformation Management, Process Management, Process Optimization, TOM design, etc.
  • Strong background in the financial industry
  • Experience in Process Automation projects is a must
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology
  • Ideally IT background
  • Lean Six Sigma certification would be a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English, German would be nice-to-have
