On behalf of our client, a pharmaceutical Institute here in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Coordinator. For this 10 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English, German and Japanese speaking candidate.

Your tasks:
- Handle multiple sites at different stages of release
- Manage and lead rollout procurement
- Manage people across different cultures, high level management
- Managing project execution with remote teams
Your Profile:
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain functional processes
- Knowledge and experience with life science industry requirements for procurement and supply chain
- Previous hands-on experience with supplier enablement through collaboration platforms.
- Fluent in English, German and Japanese Mandatory
