Team Member (Finance and Accounting Domain)
A Finance & Accounting team member is urgently required, for a long term contract of 12 months based in Switzerland.
The Team member ( Finance & Accounting) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Competent to manage AP processes
* Overall Accounts Payable/P2P process knowledge with 4-5 years of relevant working experience
* Able to manage helpdesk queries through phone calls and via emails
* Exposure to Mailroom & Scanning Operations
* Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* Attribute to support other team members when required
* Back up for peer member in the team, Identify and resolve exceptional queries
* Highlight issues proactively that requires Team Leads attention
* High on ownership taking capabilities, open for multi-tasking
* Open for role change in F&A domain as required
* Proactively identify process improvement opportunities [like; enhance controls, elimination of Non Value Added activities (NVAs), automation, opportunities to deployment macro, continuous improvement, etc.)
* Have an ability to work with other teams and build an understanding of how the Accounts Payable team connects with upstream and downstream processes in PtP/F&A domain
* Able to manage processing independently with minimal supervision
Skills needed:
* Good exposure in PeopleSoft working knowledge
* Professional Skills in Finance & Accounting function
* Experience of dealing with international suppliers/customers
* Excellent skills in MS Office
* Excellent Swiss and English Communication Skills (Read, Spoken & Written)
* Exposure to processes like: Vendor Master Data Management (VMD), Invoice verification & Processing, T&E Claim Processing/Audits, Payment, Reporting, Intercompany, Month end, Amex card application, Audit, Handling queries (emails & phone calls) and managing L1/L2 service requests
