Beschreibung

Site IT Lead (Supply Chain) required for a client in Switzerland.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Program oversight and track progress of product development in the context of the program.
  • Report back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business, IT and all stakeholders involved.
  • Technology expertise in at least one technology solution o Support technology strategy for business partners.
  • Support and implement overall solutions at level 1, 2, 2.5, 3 working with Execution systems and Engineering.
  • Manage business expectations and keep business aligned with business requirements and maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features by business value.
  • Investment manager and define priorities for business and associated technology investments.
  • Single point of accountability for IT uptime, reliability, risk management and service delivery to the site
  • Liaise with Application Service (AS)/Global Technology Service (GTS) field services to bring in required resources.
  • Work closely with Business partners, Product (line) owners and IT reliability owner to align and determine best solutions and services to solve business problems in this area.
  • Assure compliance and adherence to all regulatory and business requirements towards IT risk management.

Profile

  • 6+ years of relevant experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent OR 4+ years with advanced degree or equivalent. Degree in computer science or business administration.
  • Excellent ability to lead, influence, motivate and inspire others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation and strong negotiating skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and drive for common goals and achievements.
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the clients business processes and values.
  • Possesses a good understanding of strategic business plans.
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of IT technologies and trends.
  • Experience in effectively collaborating and dealing effectively with priority and deadline changes.
  • Good knowledge around risk management and compliance (GxP, SoX).
  • Good business process and operations knowledge, domain expertise, experience working across multiple levels of business stakeholders, creating context around key business drivers and strategic plan.
  • Good written and oral communication skills (German and English required).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of core technical platforms like SAP, OSI-PI and product life cycle maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Good knowledge in financial management (including budgeting).
