For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman Speaking BA / PM - Cost Allocation Processes (4748)
This is a hybrid role where the ideal candidate brings experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within finance. You will be help setting up a new Target Operating Model for new global cost allocation processes.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst AND Project Manager in the financial industry or consulting background
- Background in setting up new Target Operating Models, with focus on cost allocations preferred
- Excellent experience in process analysis and documentation of business processes
- Fluent in English and German
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with SME’s from key business areas developing a current state analysis and elaborating proposal for future state
- Development of the RFP documentation
- Structuring, planning and tracking of the project
- Defining project objectives and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders
- Setting up governance structure and managing key stakeholders

- Provide detailed monthly project report
