Next-link is currently looking for a Senior Business ideally with General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR) exposure.Our pharma customer launched a company-wide initiative to ensure adequate compliance with the upcoming European Union General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR) by May 2018. The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the GDPR Program to embed this important change in the organization and ensure a successful rollout for a relevant data protection process and organization framework. We are looking for a problem-solving and self-directed individual with a can-do attitude and extensive business analysis experience in process design, assessment, and implementation in a global Matrix environment, ideally with a data privacy background.

Working hours: Flexibility in hours required to work with regional project team members located in different time zones around the world.
Tasks & Responsibilities
. Analyze existing processes, structures, and organizations, identify gaps, and support the project with tailored remediation efforts
. Analyze the new data protection law and translate the legal context into an organizational and operational environment
. Design processes and define requirements in collaboration with various business and IT groups and stakeholders
. Create project deliverables, eg, process designs, project documentation
. Organize and conduct working group meetings to validate and refine process designs
. Develop and implement a process roll-out strategy
Requirements
. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
. Analytical mindset, structured approach, problem-solver, flexible, and self-directed
. Confident and outgoing attitude, very good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
. Experience in process design and roll-out
. Experience in multinational Matrix organizations, preferably pharmaceutical industries
. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
. Fluent in English
. Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Nice to Haves
+++ Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
+++ Knowledge of data protection regulations, ideally EU GDPR
+++ German language skills a plus
