Enterprise Architect #
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start date: ASAP/Duration: 12 months with likely extensions
Role:
We have a long term contract opportunity for a n Enterprise Architect with Insuranc e projects experience to work for our client in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior executives, enterprise architects and business to understand business/architectural requirements and articulate/present architecture vision/roadmap/strategy
- Coordination with various groups within customer for information gathering and strategy/solution development
- Coordinate and anchor EA initiatives spanning across various technology domains
- Mentor junior architects
Required skills/experience:
- Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Consulting experience
- Previously worked with CTO/CIO and Chief Architect
- Experience in large transformation engagements, which consists of diverse technology stack
- Worked with insurance customers in Europe.
- Good understanding of Life and P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance business domain
- Hands on expertise in more than one industry focus areas: Portals, SOA, BPM, MDM, Web 2.0, Security, ERP, Data warehouse, CMS
- Exposure on emerging technology trends such as Social Media, Big Data, and Mobility etc.
- Presales experience
Nice to have:
- German speaker
- Enterprise Content Management, Legacy Modernization and Transformation
- Experience in developing and presenting business cases
- Project management and Leadership skills
- Creating, evangelizing and formalizing organization offerings in industry focus areas
- Certified in TOGAF V 8.0 or V9.0

The initial contract duration is 12 months, with likelihood of extensions.
