For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

HR Outsourcing Expert (4659)

In this role you will support the design, the delivery and the implementation of the HR work stream in a high paced and complex environment with a number of large change processes. The focus is on HR Outsourcing.

Your Qualifications:
- Profound experience / proven track record in HR Outsourcing is a Must-have criteria
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the HR area within global Banking / Financial environment
- Ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications
- Strong analytical and persuasion skills with the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization including senior management
- Strong user skills in Sharepoint
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral/written), German would be a plus

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various processes: development and application of the agreed methods, standards and techniques/tools (on Risk and Issue Management, Scope Management, Financial Management, Project Communication)
- Track and escalate where necessary the significant risk and issues of the programme to relevant stakeholders
- Provide guidance to the project lead on project activities and ensure project team members comply with the project delivery requirements
- Manage and improve the project documentation process to ensure the project manager and the HRBPs maintain key project related information
