Description:
For one of our clients - a major international bank headquartered in Zurich - we are currently looking for Senior Business Analysts with experience across the full trade-cycle for a wide range of financial instruments. The roles are based in the global Mifid II Program of the bank. Purpose is to ensure and test that all Mifid II requirements that are being implemented across several streams work as required, end-to-end. Want to look at the big picture? - Test the functionality of Trade Blocking, Transaction & Trade Reporting, Position-, Valuation- & Collateral Reporting etc that are being implemented in the global Mifid II Program
- Cover the full functionality across the end-to-end trade-cycle
- Cover the full range of products across equities, bonds, FX, structured products, ETDs, etc
- Work out the test approach
- Work with the individual streams and make sure the stream specific solutions integrate cross-stream and the front-to-back solution is fit for purpose
- Likely to be extended to then work on the implementation of new regulatory requirements that are due in 2018.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience; MBA, CFA, FRM, PMI, PMP etc. is an asset.
- At least 3 years professional experience as a senior business analyst.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Testing experience
- Experience across the end-to-end trade life cycle and processes
- Experience with a wide range of financial instruments (equities, bonds, FX, structured products, ETDs, etc)
- Investment Banking background
- Experience with Mifid II requirements and experience from working in large scale regulatory programs
- Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Well structured working style, reliable and dedicated, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies.
- Fluency in English (project language is English), German is nice to have.
