For our client, global banking company located in Zurich, is looking for a KYC Change Project Manager.

Your team
You'll be working in the Group Risk Control - C&ORC change team which already has a local presence in London, Krakow and Zurich. As a part of this team you will act as the project manager for the projects in the financial crime subject area of Know-Your-Client (KYC)- covering primarily the divisions Wealth Management and Personal and Corporate Banking. You will work alongside other project managers, business analysts, business architects and IT all with the focus of Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC).
Role Purpose
As a Project Manager your objective will be to drive the business activities and resources to deliver the projects assigned to you. You will be expected to generate the relevant project artefacts to control and manage the project and its deliverables.
You will work closely with the Compliance & Operational Risk stakeholders and business as well as IT project team members; furthermore you will liaise closely with Front Office stakeholders. Within the scope of this role will be multiple small to medium sized projects, often in related topics in order to create a consistent and harmonious delivery.
You have:
- an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in financial services
- a green or a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, or are PMP certified
- experience in an environment where no two days are the same
- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, natural sciences, mathematics, engineering or similar area
- worked in a similar position before with at least 4+ years of project management experience in the financial industry - preferably in Wealth Management, Retail or Corporate banking - ideally relating to the area of Risk Management or Compliance
You are:
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- an expert at building networks and connections
- known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
- client orientated and are able to build collaborative relationships with business and IT stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
- able to manage complex global challenges in a multi-cultural environment
- able to focus on details and quality with consistency and sustainability
- fluent in English and preferably German too.
