THE ROLE
*Responsibility for financing on specific real estate deals
*Structuration, evaluation, negotiation and conclusion of mortgage financing solutions in a very high time frame
*Refinancing of existing properties
*Drawing up loan and security documents with internal parties and external lawyers
THE PROFILE
* Law, business or finance degree
* Over 5 years of experience in international real estate financing, including; negotiation, security documents (eg LMA Facility Agreement) -> for different jurisdictions
* Ability to liaise with external partners (lawyers, tax consultants, property managers, etc.) in order to get things done
* Existing multinational network
* Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
* Availability to start soon
