For a project at our client‘s site, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for multipleScrum Masters (4695)
You will be managing projects and initiatives within a newly defined model for “Next Generation Marketing”.
Your Qualifications:
-5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master with 2+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
-Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated frameworks
-Strong knowledge of Scrum theory rules and practices
-Strong skills in coaching teams how to follow Agile Scrum
-Good knowledge of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
-Knowledge about Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, (A)TDD, Testing, Pairing etc.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
-Facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
-Coach the team in Agile practices, processes and tools
-Managing the Scrum marketing processes
-Arrange, facilitate and schedule meetings
