Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for a highly competent Communication Strategist with extensive experience in financial industry such as good understanding of transformation projects to join an experienced change team within a global initiative.

Tasks
- Develop a communications strategy and approach for large transformations/change initiatives
- Segment and assess impacted change audiences
- Develop an overall communications plan for each phase of the change process
- Design and develop detailed components of the communication pan
- Assess the effectiveness of the communication on a regular basis for continuous improvement
- Develop/source content
- Define a communications plan across the different stakeholder groups
- Manage the actual communication
Ideal Profile
- At least 5 years' experience in defining and managing communications as part of large scale transformations
- Excellent command of English, writing and verbal
- Experience in the financial service industry/banking
