For one of our clients we are currently looking for a:
Training Manager/PL Pharma (m/f)
Location: Switzerland
Start: ASAP
Duration: until end February 2018 (with option for extension)
Volume: fulltime
Language: English (fluent)
Skill requirements:
- Very good skills and experience as Training Manager
- Change Management
- Senior Project Management experience (min. 5 years) in IT environment
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical industry (must-have)
- Soft skills: strong communication skills, good team player
Main tasks include:
- Ensure that training strategy is executed as per definition
- Manage all training activities
- Manage time, budget and quality
- Reporting
- System-handling
- Communication and monitoring
