For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedCommunications Strategist - Global WM Communications (4676)
You’ll be part of the Operational Excellence program that is tasked with the front-to-back optimization of key processes in Wealth Management globally.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in defining and managing communications as part of large scale transformation / change project
- Knowhow in developing overall communications plans for multiple change processes
- Experience within the banking sector, especially Wealth Management, would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing a communications strategy and approach for large transformations and change initiatives
- Segmenting and assessing impacted change audiences
- Design and develop detailed components of the communication plan
- Assessing the effectiveness of the communication on a regular basis for continuous improvement
- Defining a communications plan across different stakeholder groups
