On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious banks, we are looking for two Project Management Officer for a HR & Outsourcing project in Zürich. For this 8 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who can as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:

  • A challenging and exciting position to work with the Project Team members on project planning, on the completion of project tasks and on the management of dependencies
  • Working in an international environment with close connections to different countries in Europe, the US and Asia
  • Responsible for various PMO processes: development and application of the agree methods, standards and techniques/tools. On Risk and Issue Management, Scope Management, Financial Management, Project Communication.
  • Track and escalate where necessary the significant risk and issues of the programme to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to the project lead on project activities and ensure project team members comply with the CS project delivery requirements
  • Manage and improve the project documentation process to ensure the project manager and the HRBPs maintains key project related information, leverage SharePoint technology

Project Overview:

The HR work stream will support the Business work streams in all relevant HR Topics that will arise such as in-scope list management, HR due diligence, processes around staff movements and HR communication related topics. The HR PMO will report into and work closely with the HR Project Lead located in Zurich.

Who I am looking for:

  • Experience as a Project Management Officer (Minimum 4 years for Junior PMO and minimum 7 years for Senior PMO)
  • The candiadte should have demonstrated experience either oursourcing or HR projects
  • Ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications in a Matrix organizational environment, ideally in banking/financial services industry
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Local candidate is preferred
