For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedHR Business Partner - Outsourcing Ressources (4667)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT.
Your Qualifications:
-Several years experience as a HR Business Partner within large companies, ideally in the financial sector
-Strong experience in Outsourcing of ressources / employees
-Knowledge of best practices regarding Outsourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions and Compensation, Benefits
-Understanding of Terms & Conditions related to employment contracts
-Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
-Experience in analyzing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large matrix organization
-Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
-Fluency in English, German is nice to have
Your Responsibilities:
-Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
-Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders with exposure to Senior Management
-Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
-Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, i.e. strategic workforce planning
-Manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes
