Project Manager - Compliance/Regulatory (60-80%) wanted for our Zurich based client in the finance sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science or Business Informatics with deep understanding of project management methodologies including agile methodologies
- At least 5 years' experience in leading global/international IT programs/projects within the finance sector
- Familiarity with driving organizational changes (international setup) and taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
- Excellent know-how of Computer Science fundamentals with in-depth knowledge of compliance processes and transaction monitoring
- Project management certificate such as PMI or equivalent is a must
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality) along with moderating and preparing the Decision Board (Program Board/STC)
- Identifying, analysing and managing all relevant stakeholders along with mitigating and monitoring program/project risks
- Managing program/project resources including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners
- Providing regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan
