ServiceNow Configuration Manager
Brine SA is currently looking to source a ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join a project in its early stages. You will be accountable for establishing the Configuration Management Plan and defining the data structure of the platform.
Major Accountabilities
Interface widely across stakeholders of the CMDB to gather and process requirements.
Accountable for first draft Configuration Management Plan to support the ServiceNow Database.
Manually create foundational components in the Database.
Regular reporting of Configuration Management Plan.
Managing requirements, logging requirements, status of processes, coordination of changes.
Must have Skills
