For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Relationship Manager Assistant (4635)
In this role you will be located in the Compliance Termination Desk of the Dormant Accounts and Compliance Resolution Unit.
Your Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Client Facing employee (Relationship Manager / Assistant), preferabely within Swiss Financial Services
- FATCA knowhow is a big plus
- Independent and well-structured way of working, as well as motivated and flexible personality
- Strong communication skills in German and English (oral/written) - also in challenging situations with clients / internal interfaces
- Additional language skills would be a benefit (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese)
Your Responsibilities:
- Termination of relationships with foreign domiciled persons / missing FATCA formalities (Swiss booked clients only)
- Dispatch of termination letter and reminder letter to clients as well as blocking of relationships for transactions
- Execution of relationship closure (payments, transfer / sale of securities and precious metals, closing of accounts, initiation of safe openings, delivery of valuables, issuing of checks) and archiving of final documentation
