On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for an IRRBB Risk Manager with previous experience in QRM implementations projects and good knowledge of ALM and Treasury topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- An SME role to support the QRM configuration stream in the context of BCBS 368 regulatory compliance
- Creating and implementing Interest Rate Risk Analytics that measure and report risk metrics for the bank assets and liabilities
- Analysing the requirements from the modellers
- Discussing with stakeholders the target state of the QRM platform and finding optimal solutions for all parties involved
- Writing clear specifications for usage by the implementers
Ideal Profile:
- Experience as a Risk Manager in the banking sector
- At least 2 years of experience in QRM configuration or implementation projects
- Good knowledge of ALM/Treasury/FTP topics
- Experience with IRRBB regulation will be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of banking products - deposits, loans, hedging instruments, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
