Beschreibung

BRINE SA is currently looking for an SAP SF Suite Solutions Architect & Project Managerfor our client in Lausanne area.

Main Purpose of Job:

Without this role, SuccessFactors deployment approaches, cross-process and cross -SF-module integration, platform wide topics like Roles, welcome page, etc cannot be addressed.

Responsibilities:

  • Backup for Solution architecture lead and coordinate and facilitate Architecture team deliverables

  • Project manage Architecture team deliverables, resources

  • Split over-all scope of project aligned with iterative Design & Configure approach and define detailed scope, resource estimates for each iteration considering the complexity of configuration & testing

  • Be the SPOC for all matters related to deployment: methodology, governance, knowledge transfer, coordination with regional deployment teams

  • Define & Govern methodology to manage SF configuration changes in a global template, localization context and in hybrid landscape context

  • Gather/Describe Cross-SF Module integration requirements & technical specs

  • Gather/Describe requirements & technical specs for Cross-Platform topics: Employee profile, RBP, Intelligent services, reporting technologies, etc.

  • Advise/Guide process teams and configuration teams from best practice processes and system setup perspective

  • Advise/Guide PMO on work package definition, planning, sequencing, prioritization & effort estimation, issue - risk analysis

  • Own, together with PMO, templates and tools to capture project deliverables

  • Facilitate Configuration Workshops and other technical design sessions related to cross-platform topics

  • Ensure maximum adoption of SuccessFactors Suite

  • Identify Preparation activities to be taken up by markets to prepare for SF Suite implementation

  • Together with Integration Lead, guide and advise on documentation of cross-process integration

  • Validate and sign-off SF configuration and Config Workbooks

  • Contribute to Testing, Data Cutover, Deployment Methodology/Tools/Templates deliverables

  • Troubleshoot any missing data flows between modules

  • Project documentation & change governance approach

  • SF Systems Landscape (testing, golive support, etc) Strategy Document

  • SF instance refresh, synchronization approach including system acceptance testing approach

  • Reporting Strategy Document (which tool for which user, need,etc)

  • Mobile Strategy

  • Config change/Release management Approach Document

  • SF Architecture related project management deliverables (detailed plan, issues/risks register, status report)

  • Data Migration/Cutover approach for moving from existing SuccessFactors platform (with Succession, Performance, Compensation, Variable Pay) to the future SF Suite

  • Interface Monitoring, Troubleshooting

  • How to configure: SuccessFactors Suite (multiple modules)

  • Project Management Methodologies (PMP)

  • Usage of MS Project, MS Office tools

Required Qualifications - Experience

  • Must-Have: In the role of SF Suite Solutions Architect, at least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm with at least 3 complete (Design to GoLive) implementations of SuccessFactors

  • Must-Have: At least one SF Suite Wide Implementation in the role of Solutions Architect

  • Must-Have: HR Transformation Programs at global scale - 100,000 + employees, 100+ countries

Required Qualifications - Training/Certification

Must-Have: Certification in SuccessFactors Platform, Foundational Data, Employee Central

Must-Have: Certification in at least 3 of the below areas and with working experience of other areas:

  • Performance

  • Succession, Development/Competency Management

  • Compensation, Variable Pay

  • Recruitment

  • Onboarding

  • Good-to-Have: Certification or experience with SF Workforce Analytics/Workforce Planning

Work location: Lausanne Area Preferably Switzerland. Nearshore option might also work, but initially the person will work onsite

Start: ASAP, duration till .

Workload: 100%

Salary: Local Market rate according to experience
