For our life science client we are currently looking for a
Compliance Project Support

Location: Basel
Main tasks:
eTraining Completion Reports:
- Generate customized eTraining reports for the Service Domains, Global Functions, NGSCs and Countries
- Maintain an up to date 'False positives' list for NBS to arrive at accurate completion% on eTraining completion
- Develop macros and automate eTraining report generation to minimize errors in reporting
- Continuously work towards enhancing the reports by incorporating the needs of the customers
Compliance Dashboards and Trackers:
- Design compliance dashboards to help management reporting and automate the existing monthly submissions
- Maintain the various trackers by continuously updating the various initiatives, communications and other activities
NBS Risk Tool - PRIME:
- Support the implementation of the NBS Risk and Compliance Framework by updating the risks and mitigating actions from Service Domains, Global Functions and Countries
- Generate periodic reports from the tool to review data accuracy and address any inconsistencies
- Prepare customized PowerPoint and Excel based reports as requested by various stakeholders
Project support and Co-ordination:
- Global NBS Integrity & Compliance and Risk SharePoint - help building up and maintain the SharePoint and manage access rights, regularly check for accuracy and coordinate updates with data owners
Compliance Operations:
- Support compliance operations work
- Maintain record keeping through the NBS Integrity & Compliance and Risk shared folder by organizing the documents
- Maintain NBS specific guidelines, charters and policies
- Help to initiate campaigns as provided by global compliance
Required skills:
- Commercial training (eg Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent (eg other vocational qualification, but must have excellent analytical skills/experience) or high school graduate. - Proficient in English and German (both oral and written)
- Able to coordinate essential work processes.
- Experience working for a pharmaceutical company
- Plans, coordinates and supervises a number of different tasks simultaneously and sets priorities in accordance with objectives.
- Handles projects independently.
- Takes initiative.
- Systematic work approach and good analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required in all duties.
- Uses own network to achieve needed results.
- Able to assess priorities and allocate resources.
- Complies with deadlines.
