On behalf of our client, a bank here in Zurich, we are looking for a Quantitative Analyst. For this 6 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate. Your tasks:
- Support in driving cost and shareholder value optimisation initiatives
- Driving these initiatives using AI and pattern recognition techniques or quantitative modelling,
- Import, analyse and systematically identify optimisation opportunities by using machine learning techniques
- Usage of high-performance Servers to process the large amount of data and to utilise machine learning algorithms
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- University degree in finance, science, or engineering
- Solid work experience in business analysis, portfolio optimisation, quantitative Modelling or quantitative research
- Experienced R-studio and/or Python development
- Solid analytical skills
- Fluent in English
