Beschreibung

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to - and support, the Change Management Strategy:

    • Apply a structured methodology and support change management activities
    • Complete the change management assessment; conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
    • Apply a change management process and tools with the project team to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required.
    • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plans, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan (closely link with the PMT training plan), and resistance management plan.
    • Consult and support project team
    • Integrate change management activities into the project plan and monitoring compliance/progress
    • Proactively advises the Head of BI Programme and the team on change management and communication issues

Support Communication efforts:

    • Based on the communication plan, support the design, development, delivery and management of communication with the support of Internal Communication when needed (key messages, Q & A)
    • Build awareness of the need to change
    • Develops communication, change management and training materials for the project, such as presentations, interactive FAQs, updates, articles, among others.
    • Develops and uploads regular content about the project on the Intranet and manages the sector Intranet page through close liaison with the relevant departments.

Support coaching efforts with sponsors and managers:

    • Support the project team with coaching efforts by identifying key stakeholders (Primary sponsors, senior leaders, top and middle managers, direct reporting lines), and providing documents, presentations and all relevant information enabling to coach these different audiences.
    • Manage stakeholders or support team leader to manage stakeholders

Support training efforts:

    • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and roll out programs

Support resistance management:

    • Identify, analyse and prepare risks mitigation tactics/measures
    • Identify and manage anticipate resistance

Background and experience:

  • Work experience in change management, internal communication, and/or change in systems and practices

  • Experience in working in or managing a communication function that supported transformational change

  • Experience in managing change within a multi-layered/Matrix organisation with high degrees of local ownership and involvement.

  • Experience in an international, multi-cultural working environment desirable

  • Strong project management skills; proven track-record in accompanying system adoption and change initiatives.

Skills and qualification:

  • Strong ability to creatively turn strategic orientations into effective communications and change plans with practical ability to implement.

  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple, engaging and concise manner.

  • Ability to address employee issues and questions in a supportive, authentic and transparent way.

  • Knowledge of a broad range of communication techniques and tools with technical skills in delivering communications outputs.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, in English and French.

  • Strong interpersonal engagement and relationship management skills.
