Knowledge Management Consultant
Are you a highly qualified Knowledge Management Consultant with at least 10 years of progressively responsible, professional-level experience in organizational knowledge management design and implementation and looking for an exciting new opportunity within an NGO ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Knowledge Management Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
You will be responsible for delivering detailed functional business requirements, proposing technical solutions and creating a clear implementation plan to deliver on the KM System (KMS). This implementation plan will take into account the existing prioritized business needs.
The KMS is focused on 2 key areas:
1. Engagement-focused KM requirements, that manage work flow, documentation and knowledge in individual investigation and audit projects.
2. Non-engagement focused KM requirements. These consist of key areas of information that support the improved impact and performance oversight of all tasks.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Advanced university degree or higher in Knowledge Management and Information Studies, MBA or equivalent post graduate training relevant to KM and Organizational Development
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible, professional-level experience in organizational knowledge management design and implementation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing Knowledge Management Systems
- High level of research competence and abreast of current research and best practice in the Knowledge Management domain
- Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English
