For our client, global banking company located in Zurich is looking for a Financial Reporting/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst for a 6-Months contracts.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Financial Reporting/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst to support:
* develop data structure and logic as per the Legal Entity reporting requirements
* act as the interface between the Legal Entity accounting/reporting function and IT for collating requirements and specifications for new developments and testing new functionalities
* develop data structure and logic for the Legal Entity reporting requirements
* maintain and improve the data interfaces between Group Finance data warehouse, the Oracle database and the Reporting Tool
* collaborate closely with other teams in RAS, Group Accounting, Business Division and Regional CFO areas
Your Team
You will be working in the Group Reporting/Internal Reporting team within Reporting and Analytics Services (RAS) in Zurich. Our role is to manage a global Group reporting system for all data and key performance indicators (KPI) used in financial reporting and analysis for senior decision making bodies, such as the Group Executive Board and the Board of Directors, as well as for external stakeholders such as regulators and investors and public disclosure and the reporting tool used to support the financial close of Group entities.
Your experience and skills
You have:
* degree in Finance or Economics
* very good reporting knowledge in management and financial reporting systems (IBM TM1/Cognos or Hyperion, SAP Analysis for Office and Oracle)
* good understanding of financial data and data structures
* working experience in financial reporting of at least 3 years, preferably in the financial services industry You are. an expert user of MS Excel (preferably including VBA)
* fluent in English
* diligent and highly structured and organized
* comfortable in working within tight schedules and deadlines

The most important:
- Financial Reporting and Accounting experience
- Expert/Super user in Cognos TM1/Hyperion and SAP R3/AO
- Expert/Super user in Excel preferably including VBA
