Details
- Mobile Network projects related task handling and coordination
- Working together with Network Design responsible team, Follow-up Non-standard work orders from Customer
- Create/modify/cease cases for the services in the Customer Task Dispatching/Documentation Tool
- Dispatch tasks to internal departments
- Coordinate and follow-up the tasks, closure and reporting.
- Provide IP and MW documentation, according to customer needs in ISP/Telco mobile networks.
- Take part in networking network documentation activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Good skills on project deliverables and orders tracking.
- Good skill on Windows MS Office and related applications.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
Good to have
- Good skills in IP Based services protocols and technologies
- Good skills and basic understanding on MW Transmission technologies and products.
- Experience in documentation tools (Cramer and similar) and experience in network documentation. Or Willing to improve himself on this area.
