For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aPMO - Banking / Business Management (4580)
You’ll be working in a small and global Operating Management team, covering and supporting all business management aspects for Asset Management IT.
Your Qualifications:
-3+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a bank
-The capacity to deliver high quality information and output at all times
-Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
-Very organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)
-Able to consistently demonstrate integrity and constructive challenge and to work under pressure during peak times
-Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement business-wide action plans and key initiatives
-Coordinate supporting units, managing relationships with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling
-Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring efficient use of technology
-Evaluate and mitigate risks, adhering to financial targets
-Instigate change initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with global strategy
