German speaking Project Manager (client data/banking)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Project Manager with experience with Client Data who can start as soon as possible.

Role:
- The team assumes accountability of all client data related management matters over the client data life cycle including the expected data quality. The goal is to obtain reliable data for business areas, top management and overseeing authorities and regulators.
- The team focuses on the implementation of a new operating model along the client reference data life cycle from both a technical and functional perspective in order to enhance the client experience and improve client-servicing capabilities. In order to address this fundamental change two teams are focusing on this. While the Client Profile Initiatives team is driving the adaptation of the current Client Profile in the light of further digitization within the bank the Client Profile Platform team is overseeing the newly built non-Legacy applications and leading the implementation of new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Program and Senior Management (CDO/Client Profile Change)
- Implementation of challenging and regulatory driven initiatives (Holistic Partner Legal Entity Model)
- Design and implementation of top initiatives, incremental changes and digital transformation:
- Strategy and concept development and design and implementation of top initiatives/incremental changes
- Regulatory compliance, organizational optimization and efficiency improvements
Skills:
- Over 10 years of strong project management experience and excellent track record of banking or with a top tier consultancy firm, preferably focusing on the financial services industry and/or data management
- Very solid understanding of data management/data analytics and have the skill to provide constructive feedback on business/technical requirements
- Very good understanding and experience with client data in banking environment
- A versatile, solution-oriented mind with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with creativity and persistence
- Strong ability to work both independently as well as integrated in a project team
- Fluency in German and English, any further language is an advantage
