Administrative Expert for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial training or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience working as an Administrative Expert or in a similar position
- Outstanding administrative skills is a must
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Languages: German on a native level, fluent English verbally and written
Your tasks:
- Providing administrative support to Quality Site Head on business operations with effectiveness and compliance
- Taking care of general administrative tasks along with maintaining the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager / team members
- Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Supporting optimization of current processes and / or introduction of new or modified processes
- Coordinating business schedule for all leadership team meetings and special events assigned
