Administrative Expert for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial training or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience working as an Administrative Expert or in a similar position
  • Outstanding administrative skills is a must
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Languages: German on a native level, fluent English verbally and written


Your tasks:
  • Providing administrative support to Quality Site Head on business operations with effectiveness and compliance
  • Taking care of general administrative tasks along with maintaining the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager / team members
  • Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
  • Supporting optimization of current processes and / or introduction of new or modified processes
  • Coordinating business schedule for all leadership team meetings and special events assigned
