On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious banks, we are looking for a Process Excellence Change Agent/Change Lead. For this 6 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who can as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver/Lead PEX initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborate with Digital PEX engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Coach client teams on tools and methods and help line managers with the consistent implementation of the PEX Way
Your team:
Sitting within GCOO COO, you'll be working as part of the Process Excellence team (PEX team), which acts as a center of competence for process (re-) design and optimization work across the bank, with tools to deliver continuous front-to-back efficiency and to lead lean transformations. The team consists of experienced change professionals operating globally from multiple locations.
There are a few openings across different banking organizations including Group Technology and Wealth Management.
Who I am looking for:
- 3+ years of project management/consulting experience for a Change Agent
- 5+ years of project management/consulting experience for a Change Lead, with previous experience in leading change teams
- Proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile
- Ground understanding of operational processes within the financial industry
- Working knowledge of one or more of "Lean 5 Lenses" and/or Lean or Six Sigma
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
- Ability to travel at least 25%
