Solution Design Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in IT or equivalent education
- 8+ years of qualifying work experience in the field of Records Management, Lifecycle, Records and Electronic Data Management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Records Management implementations, full process analysis and design, system architecture, technology standards, compliance, CSV, GXP and SOX requirements
- Solid understanding of Project Management and SDLC methodologies
- Team leading and facilitation skills along with ability to establish new industry standards
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, other Languages would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Developing system designs that comply to high level conceptual design and are verifiable to functional as well as non-functional project requirements
- Certifying that designs are produced according to architectural roadmap
- Providing design solutions in compliance with system design standards as well as supporting the development, execution and operations of solutions
- Performing scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposing solutions for key gaps, providing effort estimations and align with business teams
- Ensuring that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, formally documented and signed off by business following budget and quality constraints
- Initiating solution testing in line with quality standards as well as ensuring the overall user experience is taken into account
