Background:
The Collaboration and Shared Platforms organization takes overall responsibility to effectively introduce a number of changes around communication and collaboration to the broader organization through impactful change management communications.
In this role, you will work with the Collaboration and Document Management team who is responsible for the deployment and adoption of collaboration tools to the enterprise. The specific task is to lead the OCM stream and concurrent projects which will redefine the service offering in the Document Management space. You will report into the Head OCM Learning and Adoption, working closely with the Solution Owner/Subject Matter Experts for Sharepoint and Google Drive.
Note: The contractor will work on two projects (Sharepoint and TeamDrive).

Work location: Kaiseraugst.
Remote: Possible 1 day per week, but driven by the teams (prior approval required).
Travel: Travelling only to meetings between Basel.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Leading the development of the OCM strategy, plan and key OCM deliverables for milestones in collaboration with the Solution, Component Owners and Project Manager
Drive the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders by building a global stakeholder plan, change network and engagement concept across Pharma and Diagnostics in alignment with the overarching OCM plan
Ensure adoption concepts and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines
Ensure that clear and compelling positioning of the document management solutions is clearly articulated and aligned with Solutions Owners in the Document Management space and communicated to internal stakeholders
Develop compelling messaging and material to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
In collaboration with the Team Head of OCM, Learning and Adoption and the Project Manager, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
Must Haves:
7+ years of OCM experience in developing plans preferably using the ADKAR methodology (change management model) with strong writing and message development skills
5+ years of experience of working with collaboration tools such as Sharepoint or Google Drive (hands-on experience, not only knowledge of them)
Excellent English speaking and outstanding written skills
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success (former stakeholder experience in the last projects, ideally OCM projects)
Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment (working together with SSF and Shanghai, contractor should not have problems with making some overtime hours)
Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, with very good presentation and communication skill
Good team player
