Role: Requirements Engineer
Client Industry: Medical Devices
Job Location: Zug/Luzern Region
Workload: 100%
Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration: 6 months initially.
Tasks:
-Requirement engineering and business analysis in our Client organization, with an emphasis on data processing and analytics enabling our Client's digital transformation and data-driven business.
-Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate requirements
-Modell business processes
-Author initial/product requirements documents together with business representatives
-Review of software requirements documents elaborated with development team
-Structure the requirements into levels of different granularity down to the granularity that allows the software requirements to be implemented by software development.
-Ensure that the requirements are clear, complete, distinct and without contradictions.
-Ensure the vertical traceability from the product requirements down to the most detailed level of software requirements.
-Document the initial/product requirements according to our Client requirement management guidelines.
-Manage changes to initial/product requirements according to our Client change management guidelines.
-Resolve any requirement issues found (by changing existing or adding new requirements).
-Support the software project processes on any questions about product/software requirements.
-Cooperate with project requirement management and all stakeholders within the software project.
-Enforce the software requirement process within the software project.
-Manage requirements, test cases, and associated risks, including their status and traces, in the requirements management system (ie, HP Application Lifecycle Management)
-Review test documents
Requirements:
-Experienced in data processing and analysis
-Experienced in digital transformation and data-driven business
-Experienced in advanced analytics beyond traditional Business Intelligence
-Experienced in the pharmaceutical/diagnostically
-Experienced in requirements engineering/management and business analysis
-Experienced in business process modelling
-Experienced in creating common understanding, incl. business representatives, development, V&V
Soft Skills:
-Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to see the big picture
-Easily adaptable and flexible to changing situations
-Self-motivated with passion for delivering compelling solutions that exceed expectations
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent education
-Advanced English language skills.
Desired Education/training/skills in specialized area:
-Education/training in Natural Sciences
-Education/training in Computer Sciences, focus on evidence-based learning or equivalent
-Experienced in Analytics Platforms offered by Salesforce, Microsoft, Tableau, ThoughtSpot or similar vendors
-Good German language skills - both written & spoken.
