Our client, a well-respected Swiss banking institution, is recruiting for an experienced PMO, to assist in the successful delivery of a global AML programme for the Private Bank.
This is a 6 month contract position.
Start date is ASAP
Tasks
- Support of the project planning and individual work streams
- Creation of concepts
- Planning and management of deliverables
- Task management
- Adherence to deadlines
- Working closely with the Streamleader and PMO Manager
- Organising and conducting workshops and meetings
- Supporting the set up and organisation of training
- Preparing and managing colleague's assignments for Switzerland and abroad
Requirements
- 3-5 Year's work experience in a PMO function
- Strong experience specifically related to project management in banking or compliance
- Solid experience working with MS Office (Excel and Access)
- Solid presentation and reporting experience
- Strong understanding of data analysis
- Fluent English and German (Both C1 Level as a minimum)
