For our banking client we are currently looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist
Start date: 17.07.2017
End date: 31.12.2017
Location: Zurich
Your tasks:
- Provide professional advice by responding to calls and emails from external staff, line manager or supplier
- Ensure accurate data updates in HR system or files
- Provide standardized and customized reports on vetting execution to key stakeholders in quality and time
- Work in close collaboration with regional and global vetting team members
- Provide business support such as preparation of presentations, meeting and statistics
The ideal candidate shall bring:
- Experience in HR or Shared Service - former practice in global environment is an advantage
- Very good analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
- Structured and organized way of working; strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills (in writing and verbal) in English, German is an advantage
- Team-player, quick-understanding, self-motivated and high degree of self-reliance
- Experience in a bank and HR is an advantage
