ServiceNow Project Manager | ITIL, ServiceNow, ITSM | Basel | 6 months
Square One are urgently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager for a 6 month initial project based in Basel.
The role:
- Support ITIL process transition from Remedy to ServiceNow with focus on operation processes (Incident Mgt/Config Mgt/Problem Mgt/Change Mgt)
- Contribute to Data Harmonization process for IT operations (as part of ITOM program), Establishing Data Governance Model, contributing to defining Data Architecture Blueprints, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Quality and Lifecycle Management
- Required expertise and good/extensive track record in process analysis, common terms definition and Datamodelling.
- ITIL Expert with proven experience with ITSM Tools (RoD and SNow) both from definition and operation standpoint
