Business Project Manager with A/B testing knowledge wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Mathematics or any Master Degree in the area of data analysis/Datamodelling
- At least 5 years' experience working in an E-commerce company
- Proven track record of setting and developing a data-driven mind-set in a company, including experience in data driven continuous improvement and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with testing & personalization tools (Oracle Maxymiser, Optimize, Optimizely) as well as with behaviour analytics tools (SessionCam, Hotjar, CrazyEgg)
- Practical knowhow working with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in French is an asset
Your tasks:
- Building Testing & Personalization operational Strategy, Roadmap and governance as well as supporting Testing & Personalization Community across functions & Markets
- Designing effective Testing & Personalization strategies offering an enhanced Experience to Visitors & Customers to increase the Conversion Rate
- Ensuring a proper implementation and integration of the Testing tool within landscape along with setting up a Testing HQ Competency Center to support HQ & Market Initiatives
- Driving and assessing the integration of UX/Behaviour Analytics capabilities as well as running rollout of Testing Capabilities on additional markets
- Providing end-user training, documenting solutions and best practices and ensuring some degree of end-user support
