For our client, a well renowned International Bank, we are looking for a "Process - Analyst" with a broad Banking (Business) and IT experience/understanding. For this requisition we can only consider candidates already living in Switzerland and holding a valid work permit or candidates willing to relocate ASAP (only from the EU).
Your responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of overall project objectives
- Develop the scope document of the Business concept for change
- Undertake appropriate as is analysis of proposed change area, identifying opportunities for improvement to design the "to-be" end-state solution
- Lead process analysis to deliver process improvement, process re-engineering and process management in line with the Global Risk Control Process Architecture and firm-wide process standards
- Lead and moderate sessions with stakeholders and Business experts to obtain input and sign-off of documented Business change requirements.
- Inform and obtain Business Sponsor(s) and Business Architect agreement and required sign-offs
- Engage with IT BA to support translation of Business requirements into system specific requirements where appropriate
- Map Business requirements to process categories and develop Business rules with controls for solution implementation
- Facilitate review sessions between Risk Architect, IT BAs and end-users on target end-state look and feel
- You'll be working in the Risk Change Analytics & Architecture team in Zurich.
Your Profile:
- Process analysis experience in the financial industry
- Lean Expert and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (or proven track record of experience in Lean Mgmt.)
- Experience in BPMN2.0, Visio and ideally in ARIS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions (you know what they really want)
- A degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
- An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about operational excellence
- Fluency in English, any further language is an advantage (specially German)
- Markt/Credit Risk experience is a big plus
