HR IS Project Manager Contract role in Switzerland!
Our client in Switzerland is looking for an HR IS Project Manager with experience of Project Managing either HR projects or projects related to Retail Sales processes.
The role will involve the following:
Project Management:
Manage project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; overseeing the area of responsibility to ensure alignment with the project plan
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Coordination of IS/IT projects by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks
Support with the collection of market business requirements raised with the assistance of HR Business Analyst PM
Ensure cross teams/market coordination. Be the link between business, HQ and suppliers. Provide project status reporting (steering and operational committees)
Communicate with local business project managers, coach project team members where required
Support the identification of change management, risks and manage mitigating action plans
Ensure project deliverables and quality
Support testing and validation of the proposed solutions for implementation.
