For our client in Basel we are looking for an HR Project Manager for a 8 months contract.
Place: Basel
Period: ASAP- 31.12.2017
Workload: 100%.

Major Accountabilities.

Support the Workforce Management Lead in delivering the overall strategy and project plan for Workforce Management within the scope of UP4Growth. Support in understanding internal business needs as well as undertaking external benchmarking to factor in best practices. Work in close partnership with CSOD (the vendor) to build a robust process (including process maps, flow charts) and system which is integrated with other processes on UP4Growth. Work in close partnership with different stakeholders within and outside of UP4Growth (eg UP4Growth team, CSOD, HR Analytics, business leaders), to create buy-in and assistance in building the architecture. Design and manage the communications with respect to content, layout and updating of information. Facilitate pilot and testing activity in terms of the process, outputs and learnings to support the roll out. Support rollout and implementation of the solution within the organization (if applicable, depending on timelines)

Education.
Higher education, such as University degree in Social Sciences and/or relevant business education (eg business administration).
Fluent in English; other languages desirable

Experience.
Good understanding of key HR processes, ideally in the space of Workforce Management. Good Project Management Experience (project planning, time management, gathering demands/requirements, priority management etc.). Ability to work with an external (system) vendor including ability to clearly share and explain Novartis requirements. Experience with working with a IT system from a business/project perspective including ability to understand how business requirements can be translated into technical requirements (affinity for system/technical projects is advantageous). Hands-on and detailed-oriented. Stakeholder Management: Partner proactively with stakeholder groups
