Our client in Switzerland is looking for a SAP Project Planning & Control specialist - the role will involve the following:
Set Up-
Creating the overall Program Plan (Schedule, effort, resource, WBS) in Microsoft Project based on input from Individual Project Plans and inputs from Project managers, Program/Project Manager and milestone requirement.
Create base structure for child plans and help PM's to transfer existing plans to new common base structure.
Link the Child plans to the Overall Program Plan in terms of schedule, effort, resource and dependencies.
Maintenance & analysis-
Update manually/set up automatic updates of task and track percentage of completion on a regular basis (weekly minimum).
Assess resource bottlenecks/over capacity and trigger mitigation actions.
Assess project dependencies and trigger mitigation actions.
Reporting-
Extracting various planning and capacity reports such as resource forecasts vs capacity, support resource levelling exercises,program & project tracking for scope and schedule (critical path).
Candidates should have the following experience:
In depth experience with Microsoft Project 2016
In Depth experience in large multi-cultural SAP based projects.
In depth experience in Program and Project Planning.
Project Management Coordination.
