For our client, a global banking company located in Zurich is looking for Junior Professional/PMO Support for a 7-months contract.
Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you're supporting a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
- provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- organize business engagement meetings and workshops
- maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
Your team
You'll be working in the Business Line Infrastructure team in Zurich.
We are covering end users, compute estate and business demand for Asset Management and closely working with partners in various IT organization across bank.
This requires collaboration around the globe, across different time zones and different cultures.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in PMO and Project Management
- strong user skills in MS Office Tools and logging into an enterprise systems is not unknown to you.
- strong communication skills in English language.
You are:
- result and delivery oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- conscientious and resilient
- fluent in English and German
